Azure Urban Resort Residences is a residential development with 9 proposed buildings. Standard Payment terms:
You will first need to pay a reservation fee of P25,000 which will be deducted from your down payment. Each tower at the Azure has its own payment scheme depending on the targeted completion date, but the typical payment scheme is 30% over the construction period and 70% payable upon turnover. This 70% is payable via cash or bank loan upon turnover.
